Are your little darlings suffering from stuffy nose, cough and sore throat?
I use this fantastic essential oil respiratory blend called Breathe from Doterra. It really relieves stuffy nose very, very well.
Method of usage:
1 Rub it gently on the chest. Apply some lightly on the throat to relief cough. This amazingly opens up the air passage.
2. Add 3 drops in the diffuser and sleep with it at night or whenever you or your little ones have congestion.
Bonus: it smells fantastic. Your whole room smells beautiful.
It's a marriage saver as it also helps with snoring. You no longer need to push your other half to the side when he starts snoring.
